Court authorisation

The surrogacy agreement is authorised by a Greek court before the medical program begins.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to the questions that matter most when choosing a surrogacy program.

Can the program cost increase if more IVF attempts are needed?
With our Guarantee Programs, the program scope and price are defined in advance. Covered programs include unlimited IVF and PGT-A cycles and embryo transfers according to the terms of the selected package, so an additional covered attempt does not mean starting financially from the beginning.
What happens if the first embryo transfer does not work?
A failed transfer does not necessarily mean the end of your program. Under our Guarantee Programs, additional embryo transfers and, where included, further IVF cycles continue according to your selected package until the agreed program result is achieved.
How do you select and screen surrogate mothers?
Surrogate candidates undergo a multi-stage screening process that includes medical examinations, psychological assessment, background and lifestyle checks, and evaluation of their readiness for the program. Matching begins with candidates who have already passed the required screening stages and are being prepared for embryo transfer, reducing unnecessary waiting and avoidable risks.
Which country is legally right for my surrogacy program?
There is no single country that is right for every family. Your available options depend on your citizenship, marital status, genetic connection to the child, medical situation, and the legal requirements of both the birth country and your home country. We assess these factors before recommending the program, birth jurisdiction and legal pathway for your family.
